A must try! Sauteed Onion and garlic, caramelized tomato deglazed with 40 proof vodka and finished with cream and Parmesan. Great with pasta and just as good on Pizza! 

Either sold by the loaf, or as a sandwich with fillings that change weekly. Generally I do ham and pesto or something like that, or chorizo, or pastrami. It varies.

A kind of Pizza sandwich, like the Focaccia the fillings vary. Very tasty! 

Deep fried Pastry shells filled on the day with a sweet lemony ricotta filling and topped with toasted pistachios and dusted with icing sugar.

A delicious classic, made with lady fingers mascarpone espresso and marsala wine. 

Fresh Mozzarella, Vine ripened tomatoes, leafy Basil, finished with a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic reduction and seasoned with salt.
